About your order: We accept credit/debit card payments.
In the event you do not have a credit/debit card, we'll accept Western Union payment.
If you prefer Western Union, contact us and we'll send you the necessary information.

All prices listed on this website are in USD.

Shipping:  We ship free in the USA via post office with tracking.
We usually ship 3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after the order was received.

In the event that a product you ordered is out of stock, we'll send you an email with the estimated shipping date.

Unique Products usually ship 20 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after the order was received.

We'll send you an email confirmation after your order has shipped.

Returned Packages: If your package returns to us due to the fact that couldn't be delivered (your address is not current, or you didn't pick it up from your local post office, or no one signed for it) you have two options:
1. We can reship your package. It will be a $15 charge for shipping and handling.
2. We can refund your purchase minus $15 for shipping and handling

Delivery
Estimated delivery date is just that an estimate. Please understand that once we ship, we have no control over your package.

Sometimes packages get to their destination faster, sometimes slower. It depends on many factors like post office, customs, holidays, weather, etc.

Returns/Refunds:

Please choose carefully as all purchases are final and non- refundable.
Our products are handmade and no two are perfectly alike.
The product you receive is the product the universe intended for you.
Our products are made in a high vibration environment and we can't accept returns/refunds since the energies are meant for you.

If product(s) you ordered is damaged or we sent you the wrong item, just let us know immediately (within three days after receiving the package). Claims made after three days will not be accepted.
