Q: I didn't receive my package, what should I do?

In you didn't receive your package 10 days after we shipped please contact us.


If your package returns to us due to the fact that couldn't be delivered (your address is not current, or you didn't pick it up from your local post office, or no one signed for it) you have two options:

1. We can reship your package. It will be a $15 charge for shipping and handling.

2. We can refund your purchase minus $15 for shipping and handling
