Rub gently few drops on the intuition reception area which is located at the top of your head (crown chakra).
Close your eyes take few deep gentle breaths and shift your awareness on the intuition reception area (top of your head) "thinking up". Gently open your eyes and look around, then close them and focus on the crown chakra again. Alternate opening and closing the eyes, shifting from normal eyes (open awareness) to the crown chakra,"thinking up" for a few more times and then with eyes closed without forcing just stay opened to any impressions.
